JLS: GBPCAD Short Target Zone 1.7500-1.6500
At current interest rate differential, the medium term target zone trend of the GBPCAD is to downward, and the upward was sterilization. Short the current target zone 1.7500-1.6500 by single tranche too long to wait. However, short from the average monthly high to average monthly low of GBP band or from the average monthly low to average monthly high of CAD band is more feasible to target the 500 PIPs monthly volatility.
