If price breaks and closes below 1.29/1.3 line (which is weekly and daily high/low) it'll most likely create a bearish sentiment with the support of Head and Shoulders pattern. But it's neutral for the time being.

Update: 1.29/1.3 line is not the weekly and daily but the monthly.
