A bearish wave-count in Fingerprint Cards makes you take a bullish position. Pricetarget is +100% up to +160% profit.

The company got all the good news to support it:

OnePlus’s next flagship smartphone will launch early next year and feature an in-display fingerprint sensor, according to a new report from GizmoChina.

It also has relationships with two of the suppliers that have pioneered in-display fingerprint sensor technology. Qualcomm, which is reportedly providing the OnePlus 6’s processor, said earlier this year that it would have in-display sensor technology ready for OEMs in Q4; and Fingerprint Cards, which has provided OnePlus with fingerprint sensor technology, recently announced it had developed its own in-display technology, as well.

All 115 US airports that handle international flights and 14 major seaports are covered by the programme, under which Customs officials can instantly check an immigrant or visitor's criminal background.

Called US-VISIT, or US Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology, the programme will check an estimated 24 million foreigners each year, although some will be repeat visitors.

The only exceptions will be visitors from 28 countries -- mostly European nations, including the UK, whose citizens are allowed to go to the United States for up to 90 days without visas.

Inkless fingerprints will be taken and checked instantly against a national digital database for criminal backgrounds and any terrorist lists. The process will be repeated when the foreigners leave the country as an extra security measure and to ensure they complied with visa limitations.

Homeland Security spokesman Bill Strassberger said once screeners became proficient, the extra security would take only 10 to 15 seconds per person. Foreign travellers would also continue to pass through regular customs points and answer questions.

Photographs will be used to help create a database for law enforcement. The travel data is supposed to be securely stored and made available only to authorised officials on a need-to-know basis.

A similar programme is to be installed at 50 land border crossings by the end of next year, Strassberger says.
