The higher the qualX_Y values, the higher the quality of the stock is. The higher the valX_Y values, the "cheaper" the stock is. QualX_Y of 50-60 is about 80th percentile of the broad market.

FA wise, it's a good stock. TA wise, FDC has followed nicely Elliott Wave projection. Minimum target for wave V is $21.
