USD can occur to rise simultaneously with equities like the Nasdaq when money is being shifted e.g. from bonds into stocks, letting the USD function as intermediate, or when money from abroad is flowing into the states. Both is highly probable with the win of Biden. This will only happen short-term, Dollar is long-term bearish due to monetary policy.
