given that the target rate, and expected target rate are not in alignment, i will assume yet another interest-rate hike, to 'tame inflation'.information lag with regards to the Federal Reserve decision-making, will almost certainly include another rate-hike. therefore, although the momentum is still going to be to the down-side, i see things still from a long position view.
