The PSAR was developed by Welles Wilder and it is a great tool for exiting a trade.

As much as it is important to know when to BUY or SELL, the same way it is IMPORTANT to know when to get out of the market so we do not lose our profit back to the market.

We can also use the PSAR as confirmation after getting signal from Stochastics, RSR or Moving Averages.
