The Euro has been in a longer term downtrend to the Swiss Franc ( 50 MA below 200 MA ) .

With price below the 200 MA the bias is to the downside. Market participants are Net Long , and a short caters for the contrarian viewpoint.

1. Enter - around 1.07 ( recent horizontal resistance)

2. Stop - around 1.0750 ( just above the 200 MA )

3. Target - around 1.05 ( prior support)
