When will ALTs PAMP?

Until ETH breaches that level... Load up on ALTs before the become expensive.

ETH should move quickly to 2500 shortly after.

I will not be surprised to see BTC.D begin the large descent to under 30% when this happens
(BTC price will still climb, dominance will be lost however)
