Despite having experienced a massive pump on the news of a Coinbase listing, ETC still looks primed for growth. We see a nearly symmetrical triangle here on the 4 HR chart, which statistically has an even chance of breaking either way. However, if we zoom out to the daily chart we see that the Stochastic RSI is in oversold territory. The traditional RSI remains in the low 60's, which is the ideal area for growth. With the date of the actual listing on Coinbase approaching, I expect ETC to remain a steady gainer. A short to mid-term target would be 0.003, with a longer timeframe in mind I expect 0.004. I have placed an order denoted by the green arrow, with a stop-loss of 0.0024.
