DXI starting a several month wave up

SETUP - DXI may be starting a new wave up that may last untill April.

Resisting the move up. Will support hold? That would mean USD pulling EUR down. CAD still looks to be battling the USD

Timid start up, last week was a sideways week. Next week we might see USD strengthen
