I know, I don't understand myself too. It was supposed to be simple and visually easy but it turned out a complete mess.
Too many informations, too many lines, trends, highs, lows, colours, numbers, Put all together it's confusing if you are not the one who did it.
I just wanted to underline periods of price action. Sigh!
Anyway, DXY is just an example. Everything flows, forms patterns, moves.
When you find the balance you will know what to do.
Don't do like me. Try to keep it simple.
This is just my way of looking at things.
