DJI A bull trap is coming?

All the News and forums are discussing Fed Rates Cuts, I think we've passed a point of no return.
The Coronavirus will become worst in the world and the fed will have to cut interest rates to keep the economy running.
However, this is not a good signal for economics, this is a sign that might bring us into recession.
