$COS Has A Little More Gas In The Tank
Well, my breakout call yesterday was correct as we saw a huge 30% spike today. It appears that 
COS is consolidating into an ascending triangle. If price breaks out of the triangle, look for price to test the 400 sat range. Once that target is hit, I expect a blow off the top.
