Copper rallied on the false idea that Trump will rebuild America tomorrow. Obviously not, we still have a long way to go, what will Trump propose and what will Congress approve? The claim that he will balance the budget and spend $1 trillion dollars rebuilding is a pipe dream. Not to mention Debt ceiling negotiations with a republican in control will most likely produce spending cuts, not increases.
