One can look to Go long and book near forecast , its better if you book by trailing stop ,

Price narrowed down , means any bullish candle on 1 Hour , one can look for buying brake above the bullish candle , and trail your stop after 3 hours to cost and watch it how it moves , if move slow get out at brake even or cost , if moved average then stay with it
