Long at the 9350ish retest, candle body high. Monthly close above here will print a higher high in the monthly chart. It will be a good pivot point.

Question is, where will the local swing high be? $10500? $10800? Too early to say if whether TD count will reach TD9 but its a good start printing a bullish trade.
