Bitcoin Short - Just an Opinion

Hello everyone! I am nothing but a beginner. Just trying to share what I see.

I know that there's an on going issue with the US debt ceiling and many more which could help rally BTC.

But on the other hand, if you look at the Dollar Index on the weekly, it has bounced from a strong support level which now looks like a double bottom along with that bullish engulfing.

Please share your ideas as I am merely speculating!
