Huge resistance at 9500-9600

Since 2012 there was a strong support line. But at 19' November 2018 after big drop from 6k, it's now strong resistance.
Care for long here. Low volume, long wicks at this line + double rising wedge. RSI on 4H, 1D, 1W overbought. Many divergences on RSI.
