It still doesn't look like a proper bull run, but it might be a beginning... We have just retested the breakout of MA200 on the weekly timeframe which was also in my opinion a neckline for inversed head and shoulders. BTW the MACD indicator on a monthly timeframe ensures us about bullish momentum. After that we have also got a breakout of the important level ~29350 and now retesting it for the pullback which would be a nice entry.
