Following are my analysis:

More chances of Gap Down Opening.

Resistance Level :
1. Good Resistance Zone at 38200-300
2. Strongest Resistance at 38000.
3. Good Resistance at 37900.
4. Strong Resistance at 38200.

Support Level :
1. 37700 is Good Support Level .
2. 37000 is the Strongest Support Level .
3. 37500 is Strong Support Level .

Sideways market: 37700-900 .. if market opens flat
