AMY is a no-brainer, in my opinion. Private placement for $1.5mil secured at .25 per unit, allowing the option of purchase of 1 common share per unit for the next two years.
I really like the business plan, and Cobalt is hot hot hot right now with self-driving cars in the pipeline. I am hearing that each battery is $5,200 or so per vehicle. AMY has had great success so far in recycling Lithium batteries.
Technically speaking: the stock is battling at the 50day MA, and I expect a break here shortly with the next rush of volume. I am LONG here and I wouldn't be surprised if this one breaks a buck sometime this year, if it is not bought out by a bigger fish.
