MTF Market Structure - SMC IndicatorsThe Multi Timeframe Market Structure helps understand and identify bullish or bearish Market Structure by highlighting “KEY” Highs and Lows. What are Key Highs and Lows?
Not every high or low is a “Key” high or low. “Key” highs and lows are specific highs and lows that form the structure of the market and have significance in understanding the current trend in the market (see point 1 below).
The indicator identifies these “Key” highs and lows on multiple time frames, allowing the trader to keep a perspective of the Market Structure with multiple timeframes simultaneously (see point 5 below).
The key highs and lows identified by the indicator are as follows:
Key Lows : Identify significant Swing Lows, Short-term lows “STL”, Intermediate-Term Lows “ITL”, and Long-Term Lows “LTL”.
Key Highs : Identify significant Swing Highs, Short-term highs “STH”, Intermediate-Term Highs “ITH”, and Long-Term Highs “LTH”.
Significant Swing High : This is a price swing with one lower candle to the right and one lower candle to the left of it.
Significant Swing Low : This is a price swing with one higher candle to the right and one higher candle to the left of it.
Short-Term High “STH” is a price swing with one lower Significant Swing High to the right and one lower Significant Swing High to the left of it.
Short-Term Low “STL” is a price swing with one higher Significant Swing Low to the right and one higher Significant Swing Low to the left of it.
Intermediate-Term High “ITH” is a price swing with one lower STH to the right and one lower STH to the left of it.
Intermediate-Term Low “ITL” is a price swing with one higher STL to the right and one higher STL to the left of it.
Long-Term High “LTH” is a price swing with one lower ITH to the right and one lower ITH to the left of it.
Long-Term Low “ITL” is a price swing with one higher ITL to the right and one higher ITL to the left of it.
By identifying key highs and lows using the Market Structure Indicator, it can be used in multiple ways by using those reference points as follows:
1. Identifying Market Trends by Connecting Key Highs and Lows.
Bullish trend identification is when the indicator is making higher ITLs and ITHs.
Bearish Trend identification when the indicator is making lower ITLs and ITHs.
PS: it’s essential to understand the underlying market trend on multiple timeframes to use the next features correctly. Always use the Shifts and Breaks in Market Structures in line with the 1H or higher timeframes Market Trend for higher probability trade opportunities. This is because, generally, higher timeframes have more importance than lower timeframes.
2. Shift In Market Structure - SMS for Entries
A Shift in Market Structure “SMS” identifies potential reversal in short-term market trend relative to the timeframe where the SMS is identified.
This occurs after a run of any Significant Swing High or Low and then reversing, creating a Fair Value Gap “FVG”.
There can be Bullish and Bearish Market Structure Shifts.
When a Bullish Shift in Market Structure occurs, the indicator identifies an opportunity for the price to change from Bearish to Bullish, as seen in the image below.
When a Bearish Shift in Market Structure occurs, the indicator identifies an opportunity for the price to change from Bullish to Bearish.
3. Break In Market Structure - BMS for Entries
A Break in Market Structure “BMS” has a similar function to the Shift in Market Structure “SMS”; however, when it occurs, it identifies a potential longer-term trend reversal (compared to the SMS) relative to the timeframe where the BMS is identified.
Unlike “SMS”, the BMS occurs after a run only after a run on Key Highs or Lows.
Similar to the SMS, there can be Bullish and Bearish Breaks in Market Structure.
When a Bullish Break in Market Structure occurs, the indicator identifies an opportunity for a longer-term trend change from Bearish to Bullish, as seen in the image below.
The FVG must occur in the lower 50% of the impulse price leg (at Discount).
When a Bearish Break in Market Structure occurs, the indicator identifies an opportunity for a longer-term trend change from Bullish to Bearish.
The FVG must occur in the upper 50% of the impulse price leg (at Premium).
4. Inversion Break and Shift in Market Structure for Early Entries
Inversion “BMS” and “SMS” are similar to the normal SMS and BMS, but they occur:
Bullish: When the FVG of the Bearish BMS/SMS forms in the lower 50% of the impulse price leg (at Discount).
We use the FVG that forms from the Bearish SMS/BMS as an inversion FVG for potential entry after market trend change from Bearish to Bullish.
Bearish: When the FVG of the Bullish BMS/SMS forms in the upper 50% of the impulse price leg (at Premium).
We use the FVG that forms from the Bullish SMS/BMS as an inversion FVG for potential entry after market trend change from Bullish to Bearish.
5. Multi Time Frame analysis
The indicator allows multiple timeframe perspectives to be considered when using it.
The key Highs and Lows have significance not only on the current timeframe they are identified but also on lower or higher timeframes simultaneously.
This is because a ITL/ITH on the 1H means
It’s a LTL/LTH on one or more timeframes lower (15Min, 5M, and 1Min).
And at the same time, it’s a STL/STH on one timeframe higher (4H)
Also, it’s a Significant Low/High (marked with a dot) on two timeframes higher (Daily).
The same logic applies to all other Key Highs and Lows.
Another example is a Significant Low/High (swing marked with a dot below or above it) on the current timeframe (1D) means it’s a STL/STH on one timeframe lower (4H) and an ITL/ITH on two timeframes lower (1H) and a LTH/LTH on three timeframes lower or more (15M, 5M, 1Min, 30 Seconds, etc…).
This Multi-time frame analysis is a great way to help traders understand Market Structure and Market trend on multiple timeframes simultaneously, and it also assists in Top-down analysis.
PS: Note that this multi-timeframe analysis approach and logic can be applied to any timeframe and for any type of trading (swing trading, day trading, scalping, or short-term trading) because the price is fractal.
For example, if a trader is a swing trader, then it’s best to identify trader opportunities on the 1H or higher; however, lower timeframes Market Structure can still be used to help the traders refine their entries and target key highs and lows in the opposite direction.
If a trader is a day trader or a scalper, the trader could use Market Structure on 15M or lower to identify trader opportunities and target key highs and lows in the opposite direction.
6. Setting Targets
The indicator can also be used to identify potential targets after the SMS or BMS occurs. Targets can be chosen above Key Highs or Lows depending on the trade objective and timeframe where the trade idea is identified.

Highlight Market Structure Trend
This feature is an excellent backtesting visual tool to look at changes in market trends highlighted in colours. These changes are based on the Shift or Break in of Market Structure depending on the selection option.
When "Shift/Break" in Market Structure" is selected, a Bullish trend is highlighted in blue when a Bullish Shift/Break in Market Structure Occurs and in Red when a Bearish Shift/Break in Market Structure Occurs.
Notifications
Sends notifications when there is a Shift or Break in Market Structure on the current timeframe of choice.

Market Structure
Comprising the process of breaking the price structure, resulting in BOS (Breakout of Structure) or CHoCH (Change of Character High), and creating new High or Low based on the price structure.
Structure Setting
1.You can choose to show or hide the swing of the structure.
2.Adjust the font size and color.
3.When the market forms a price structure with High and Low, when the price moves to disrupt the structure in either direction, it will lead to BOS or CHoCH, resulting in a new High or Low. You can adjust the method of breaking the structure using the close, high, or low.
Miner Inducement Setting
4.You can choose to show or hide the Minor Inducement.
5.You can choose to show or hide the Fibo Minor Inducement.
6.When price break the price structure, a High or Low will be formed on one side, and it will lead to an Inducement Swing. When the price moves and collides, it will create a price range of High and Low. You can adjust the method of breaking the structure using the close, high, or low.
7.There is an option for testing Fibonacci (Fibo). Its function is similar to the Inducement Swing. You can adjust the Fibonacci settings.
8.Adjust the length of the Minor Inducement swing.
- In this section, it functions similarly to Pivot Points High Low, capturing swings based on the specified length.
9.Adjust Fibo Minor Inducement.
- Fibo IDM helps filter Swing IDM.
- When the market is in an uptrend, IDM will be lower than Fibo IDM.
- When the market is in a downtrend, IDM will be higher than Fibo IDM.
-Adjust the font size.
-Adjust the color of the Fibo Minor Inducement.
-Adjust the color of the Fibo for break.
-Show or hide the Label Swing.

1. Fibo IDM filters out Swing IDM that is above the Fibo line.
2. IDM occurs above the Fibo line in a downtrending market and below the Fibo line in an uptrending market.

HTF Fair Value Gap [LuxAlgo]The HTF Fair Value Gap indicator aims to display the exact time/price locations of fair value gaps within a higher user-selected chart timeframe.
🔶 USAGE
The indicator can be used to detect higher time frame fair value gaps. Detected historical HTF FVG are displayed as changes in chart background colors, with a green color indicating a bullish FVG and red a bearish FVG.
The most recent HTF FVG is displayed as a candle to the right of the most recent price candle. Dashed lines indicate the exact location of the FVG upper and lower extremities.
The wicks of the FVG candle indicate the price deviation from the FVG extremities after its formation and can help determine where the FVG is located within a trend.
A "Status" dashboard is included to indicate if the FVG is mitigated or not. This is also indicated by the border of the FVG candle, with a solid border indicating an unmitigated FVG.

FVG w/ Fibs [QuantVue]The "FVG w/ Fibs" indicator is a trading tool designed to identify and visualize Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) while overlaying two Fibonacci retracement levels.
• Bullish FVG: Occurs when the low of the current bar is higher than the high of two bars ago, and the previous close is higher than the high of two bars ago.
• Bearish FVG: Occurs when the high of the current bar is lower than the low of two bars ago, and the previous close is lower than the low of two bars ago.
The indicator filters these gaps based on user-defined criteria such as the minimum percentage size of the gap.

Inverse FVG with Rejections [TFO]This indicator is made to look for Inverse Fair Value Gaps (IFVGs) and show rejections from relevant areas. Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) are created when there is an energetic move that leaves a gap between the preceding and following candle's wicks. When that area is violated, we may consider that area as an Inverse FVG, treating it along the lines of a "support turned resistance" type setup with proper context.
Once a Fair Value Gap (FVG) is found with sufficient user-defined displacement, it is saved until price fully closes through that area, at which point it becomes an IFVG, which is also saved until price once again closes through that area.
Users can select a specific time period from which to look for and save FVGs, such as during the New York trading session in the following example.
Lastly, users can enable rejections that look for swing lows in bullish FVGs/IFVGs and swing highs in bearish FVGs/IFVGs. The following picture shows an instance of rejections from both regular and inverse FVGs, meaning the pivots were formed in a mutually shared area between a FVG and IFVG.
Fair Value Gap ChartThe Fair Value Gap chart is a new charting method that displays fair value gap imbalances as Japanese candlesticks, allowing traders to quickly see the evolution of historical market imbalances.
The script is additionally able to compute an exponential moving average using the imbalances as input.
🔶 USAGE
The Fair Value Gap chart allows us to quickly display historical fair value gap imbalances. This also allows for filtering out potential noisy variations, showing more compact trends.
Most like other charting methods, we can draw trendlines/patterns from the displayed results, this can be helpful to potentially predict future imbalances locations.
Users can display an exponential moving average computed from the detected fvg's imbalances. Imbalances above the ema can be indicative of an uptrend, while imbalances under the ema are indicative of a downtrend.
Note that due to pinescript limitations a maximum of 500 lines can be displayed, as such displaying the EMA prevent candle wicks from being displayed.

🔹 Candle Structure
The Fair Value Gap Chart is constructed by keeping a record of all detected fair value gaps on the chart. Each fvg is displayed as a candlestick, with the imbalance range representing the body of the candle, and the range of the imbalance interval being used for the wicks.
🔹 EMA Source Input
The exponential moving average uses the imbalance range to get its input source, the extremity of the range used depends on whether the fvg is bullish or bearish.
When the fvg is bullish, the maximum of the imbalance range is used as ema input, else the minimum of the fvg imbalance is used.
Liquidity Voids (FVG) [LuxAlgo]The Liquidity Voids (FVG) indicator is designed to detect liquidity voids/imbalances derived from the fair value gaps and highlight the distribution of the liquidity voids at specific price levels.
Fair value gaps and liquidity voids are both indicators of sell-side and buy-side imbalance in trading. The only difference is how they are represented in the trading chart. Liquidity voids occur when the price moves sharply in one direction forming long-range candles that have little trading activity, whilst a fair value is a gap in price.

Liquidity can help you to determine where the price is likely to head next. In conjunction with higher timeframe market structure, and supply and demand, liquidity can give you insights into potential price movement. It's essential to practice using liquidity alongside trend analysis and supply and demand to read market conditions effectively.
The peculiar thing about liquidity voids is that they almost always fill up. And by “filling”, we mean the price returns to the origin of the gap. The reason for this is that during the gap, an imbalance is created in the asset that has to be made up for. The erasure of this gap is what we call the filling of the void. And while some voids waste no time in filling, some others take multiple periods before they get filled.

What is Smart Money Concepts?
Smart Money Concepts(SMC) is one of the methodologies to interpret how financial market moves and to analyze it and execute trades, focusing on liquidity and order flow of financial institutions.
Smart money means the funds invested by large financial institutions such as banks, institutional traders/investors, market makers, hedge funds etc. contrary to retail traders/investors' money.
It is important to note that there is no proof or evidence that those institutions move the market as described in Smart Money Concepts.
Personally speaking, it is one of the interpretation of the market and another angle to view the market just like other technical analysis methodologies such as Elliott Wave Principle, Gann Theory, Wyckoff Method and even traditional price action trading.
Importance of MTF Analysis
MTF analysis(a.k.a Topdown analysis) is the foundation to technically analyze charts and the most fundamental skill in trading because lower timeframes are always influenced by upper timeframes where large financial institutions operate.
How to use
This indicator is designed to help traders analyze how the market moves in terms of SMC and price action with multi-timeframes and color visualization of the market structures, which makes this indicator unique and different from other indicators.
There is two key settings that you can use based on your trading style.
1.Upper timeframe selection
You have two options to determine upper timeframe; Auto mode and Manual mode.
When Auto mode selected, upper timeframe will be determined based on chart timeframe as follows.
Chart timeframe => Upper timeframe
1M=>15M
5M/15M=>1H
30M/1H=>4H
4H=>D
D=>W
W=>M
If you select Manual mode, you can fix an upper timeframe.
2.High/low settings
This affects all other settings of the indicator and most importantly designs the market structure.
This is the key setting to determine how you view the market as price action trading is all about highs and lows and story of how highs and lows have been created with the market structure.
You can specify left bars and right bars to identify swing highs/lows and these highs/lows become the basis to design the market structure and determine how SMC elements are displayed.

With this setting, you can see smaller wave in the market structure.
Since market moves like wave as there is a lot of wave theories in financial investment/trading industry such as Elliott wave, Wolf wave etc., users can define market structure with this setting depending on what degree of wave they aim to trade.

MTF Order Block
Concept
Order block is a block of orders where buying orders and selling orders are accumulated. Order blocks are created when the institutions move the market up and down, temporality placing orders in an opposite direction to the way they want to move, in order to match their own orders with counter-orders.

The indicator displays both chart timeframe's order blocks and upper timeframe's order blocks(MTF).
You can also select from two options how to display order blocks;
1. Show all order blocks
2. Show strong order blocks only
Note: Strong order blocks mean order blocks created at strong highs/lows. See also strong high/low below.
Alerts can be set when prices reach strong order blocks.
MTF Fair Value Gap(FVG)/Imbalance
Concept
Fair Value Gap(FVG)(Imbalance) is a void generated among three consecutive candlesticks.
FVG(s) is created when the market moves so rapidly generating buy side or sell side order imbalances.
FVG(s) is characterized by price action that prices tend to come back to the area where FVG(s) exists, filling in the space among the candlesticks.

MTF Liquidity Grab
Concept
Liquidity grab is price action to sweep liquidity for the institutions to move the market.
This price action often happens because the size of their orders is so huge and they need a bunch of counter-orders to match their orders. This is why prices sometimes come to areas where liquidity rest and swipe them before the market goes up/down.

Where does liquidity rest?
The answer is above highs(buy side liquidity) and below lows(sell side liquidity).
Among all highs and lows, swing highs and lows are where liquidity is accumulated the most because swing highs and lows can be created only by the institutions, therefore massive liquidity is indicated.

The indicator displays liquidity dots so that users can easily identify where liquidity rests and liquidity grab of both a chart timeframe and an upper timeframe.

MTF Strong High/Low
Concept
Strong high/low literally means strong highs and lows among all highs and lows including swing highs and lows.
There is a few different definitions of strong high/low in price action trading and the definition in this indicator is as follows.

相場構造(Market structure/マーケットストラクチャー)を方向性に応じて色で可視化することができるため、視覚的に相場の構造を判断できることがこのインジケータのユニークな点であり、他のインジケーターと異なる点です。
ユーザーのトレードスタイルに応じて、以下の二つの設定を行うことができます。
1.上位足の決定方法
ユーザーは上位足のタイムフレームを決定するにあたり、AutoモードとManualモードを選択することができます。
Autoモードを選択した場合、上位足はチャートのタイムフレームに応じて以下のように決定されます。
チャートタイムフレーム => 上位足タイムフレーム
1M=>15M
5M/15M=>1H
30M/1H=>4H
4H=>D
D=>W
W=>M
Manualモードを選択すると上位足のタイムフレームを固定することができます。
2.High/low(高値/安値) 設定
当設定はインジケーターの他の全ての機能に影響し、また最も重要である相場構造の定義に影響します。
当設定はユーザーがマーケットをどのように見るか(=どの程度の粒度)を決定する重要な設定です。なぜならプライスアクショントレードは、高値、安値とそれらが相場構造をどのように構築してきたかの一連の流れを分析することが全てだからです。
ユーザーは相場構造を決定付けるスイングハイ·スイングローを特定するためのバーの本数を設定することができます。ここで設定した内容が、相場構造を定義し、以下で説明するSMCの要素の表示を決定することになります。
例:
Left bar&right bar(左右のバーの数): 10
この場合、ステップラインで示した相場構造の中に大きな波(マゼンタの波)を見ることができます。

この設定では、上記に比べて小さい波を描いていることが確認できます。
相場理論の中にエリオット波動理論やウォルフ波動といった数多くの波動理論があることからわかるように、相場は波として動きます。どの粒度の波を狙うかというトレーダーのスタイルに応じて、設定を変更することができます。

MTFオーダーブロック
コンセプト
オーダーブロックとは買い注文と売り注文が一連となって蓄積されたオーダー(注文)のブロックのことです。
オーダーブロックは機関投資家が相場を動かす際に、本来意図する方向とは一時的に逆に動かすことで、彼ら自身の注文をマッチングさせるための反対注文を発生させることで形成されます。
インジケーターによる表示
インジケーターはチャートタイムフレームのオーダーブロックと上位足のオーダーブロックの両方を表示することができます。
また、オーダーブロックの表示オプションとして、
1.全てのオーダーブロックを表示
2.Strong(ストロング)オーダーブロックのみを表示
を選択することが可能です。
注: StrongオーダーブロックはStrong High/Lowで形成されるオーダーブロックを指します。(下記参照)

MTFフェアーバリューギャップ(FVG)/インバランス
コンセプト
フェアーバリューギャップ(FVG)/インバランスとは連続する3つのローソク足の間に形成される溝(Gap)のことです。
フェアーバリューギャップはマーケットが非常に早く動いたことにより、買いオーダーと売りオーダーの需給バランスが崩れることによって発生します。
フェアーバリューギャップには、価格がフェアーバリューギャップが発生したエリアまで戻ってくる傾向があるという特徴が存在します。

MTF Liquidity Grab(リクイディティ·グラブ)
コンセプト
Liquidity(リクイディティ)とはマネー、つまり注文です。
Liquidity Grab(リクイディティ·グラブ)とは、機関投資家がマーケットを動かす際にLiquidityを取得するプライスアクションのことを指します。
このプライスアクションは、機関投資家が処理する注文サイズが非常に大きいため、自身の注文を出す際に大量の反対注文を必要とすることからしばしば発生します。
これが、価格がLiquidity(注文)の集まっているエリアに接近し、それら注文をスワイプ(狩り取る)した後に上昇·下落する理由です。
Liquidityの可視化
一般的にLiquidityは高値の上(buy side liquidity)、安値の下(sell side liquidity)に存在します。
全ての高値·安値の中で、スイングハイ·ローがliquidityが最も蓄積されているエリアということができます。なぜならスイングハイ·ローは機関投資家の注文によってのみ形成されるからです。

ユーザーがLiquidityポイントを簡単に識別できるようにLiquidityをドット表示することが可能です。またチャートタイムフレームと上位足の両方のLiquidity Grabを表示することができます。

Strong high/lowは文字通り、強い高値·安値のことを指します。

トレンドの発生、転換、レンジを見極めるための基礎であり、マルチタイムフレームで相場構造を分析することは、投資·トレードにおいて最も重要なテクニカルスキルです。

また、相場構造が強気の状態か弱気の状態かを色で可視化するため、上位足含めた相場の流れを視覚的に判断することが可能です。

Fair Value Gap (FVG) UnderlayBy analyzing the size and characteristics of candlestick patterns, the Fair Value Gap indicator helps traders spot potential opportunities where the price of a currency or financial asset deviates from its fair value. The FVG is represented as a percentage and displayed as columns in an underlay on the chart.
Calculation and Interpretation:
The calculation of the FVG involves evaluating the body-to-wick ratio of a candlestick. This ratio compares the size of the body (the difference between the open and close prices) to the length of the wicks (the high and low prices). A high body-to-wick ratio indicates a significant price move within the candlestick, potentially signaling a strong market sentiment. The FVG indicator compares the size of the current candlestick with the previous candlesticks over a specified lookback period, typically the last 20 to 40 candlesticks. If the current candlestick meets the criteria for a fair value gap, it is classified as either a Bearish FVG or Bullish FVG, depending on the direction of the price movement.
Interpreting the FVG is relatively straightforward. When a Bearish FVG is detected, it suggests that the price is currently lower than its fair value, indicating a potential upward price movement in the future. This could be an opportunity to consider long positions or buying opportunities. On the other hand, when a Bullish FVG is identified, it implies that the price is higher than its fair value, signaling a possible downward price correction. Traders may consider short-selling or taking profits on long positions in such scenarios.
Coloration:
The coloration of the Fair Value Gap (FVG) indicator plays a crucial role in enhancing its visual representation and aiding interpretation. When a Bearish FVG is identified, the indicator utilizes the color scheme of lime green. This color signifies the potential for an upward price movement as the current price is considered lower than its fair value. On the other hand, a Bullish FVG is represented by the vibrant color of fuchsia, indicating a potential downward price correction as the price exceeds its fair value. The coloration serves as a visual cue, making it easier for traders to quickly identify and differentiate between different types of fair value gaps on the chart. Potential Applications/Strategies:

ICT Silver Bullet [LuxAlgo]The ICT Silver Bullet indicator is inspired from the lectures of "The Inner Circle Trader" (ICT) and highlights the Silver Bullet (SB) window which is a specific 1-hour interval where a Fair Value Gap (FVG) pattern can be formed.
When a FVG is formed during the Silver Bullet window, Support & Resistance lines will be drawn at the end of the SB session.
There are 3 different Silver Bullet windows (New York local time):
The London Open Silver Bullet (3 AM — 4 AM ~ 03:00 — 04:00)
The AM Session Silver Bullet (10 AM — 11 AM ~ 10:00 — 11:00)
The PM Session Silver Bullet (2 PM — 3 PM ~ 14:00 — 15:00)
🔶 USAGE
The ICT Silver Bullet indicator aims to provide users a comprehensive display as similar as possible to how anyone would manually draw the concept on their charts.
It's important to use anything below the 15-minute timeframe to ensure proper setups can display. In this section, we are purely using the 3-minute timeframe.
In the image below, we can see a bullish setup whereas a FVG was successfully retested during the Silver Bullet session. This was then followed by a move upwards to liquidity as our target.
Alternatively, you can also see below a bearish setup utilizing the ICT Silver Bullet indicator outlined.
At this moment, the indicator has removed all other FVGs within the Silver Bullet session & has confirmed this FVG as the retested one.
There is also a support level marked below to be used as a liquidity target as per the ICT Silver Bullet concept suggests.
In the below chart we can see 4 separate consecutive examples of bullish & bearish setups on the 3-minute chart.
🔶 CONCEPTS
This technique can visualize potential support/resistance lines, which can be used as targets.
The script contains 2 main components:
• forming of a Fair Value Gap (FVG)
• drawing support/resistance (S/R) lines
🔹 Forming of FVG
1 basic principle: when a FVG at the end of the SB session is not retraced, it will be made invisible.
Dependable on the settings, different FVG's will be shown.
• 'All FVG': all FVG's are shown, regardless the trend
• 'Only FVG's in the same direction of trend': Only FVG's are shown that are similar to the trend at that moment (trend can be visualized by enabling ' Show ' -> ' Trend ')
-> only bearish FVG when the trend is bearish vs. bullish FVG when trend is bullish
• 'strict': Besides being similar to the trend, only FVG's are shown when the closing price at the end of the SB session is:
– below the top of the FVG box (bearish FVG)
– above bottom of the FVG box (bullish FVG)
• 'super-strict': Besides being similar to the trend, only FVG's are shown when the FVG box is NOT broken
in the opposite direction AND the closing price at the end of the SB session is:
– below bottom of the FVG box (bearish FVG)
– above the top of the FVG box (bullish FVG)
' Super-Strict ' mode resembles ICT lectures the most.
🔹 Drawing support/resistance lines
When the SB session has ended, the script draws potential support/resistance lines, again, dependable on the settings.
• Previous session (any): S/R lines are fetched between current and previous session.
For example, when current session is ' AM SB Session (10 AM — 11 AM) ', then previous session is
' London Open SB (3 AM — 4 AM) ', S/R lines between these 2 sessions alone will be included.
• Previous session (similar): S/R lines are fetched between current and previous - similar - session.
For example, when current session is ' London Open SB (3 AM — 4 AM)' , only S/R lines between
current session and previous ' London Open SB (3 AM — 4 AM) ' session are included.
When a new session starts, S/R lines will be removed, except when enabling ' Keep lines (only in strict mode) '
This is not possible in ' All FVG ' or ' Only FVG's in the same direction of trend ' mode, since the chart would be cluttered.
Note that in ' All FVG ' or ' Only FVG's in the same direction of trend ' mode, both, Support/Resistance lines will be shown,
while in Strict/Super-Strict mode:
• only Support lines will be shown if a bearish FVG appears
• only Resistance lines if a bullish FVG is shown
The lines will still be drawn the the end of the SB session, when a valid FVG appears,
but the S/R lines will remain visible and keep being updated until price reaches that line.
This publication contains a "Minimum Trade Framework (mTFW)", which represents the best-case expected price delivery, this is not your actual trade entry - exit range.
• 40 ticks for index futures or indices
• 15 pips for Forex pairs.
When on ' Strict/Super-Strict ' mode, only S/R lines will be shown which are:
• higher than the lowest FVG bottom + mTFW, in a bullish scenario
• lower than the highest FVG bottom - mTFW, in a bearish scenario
When on ' All FVG/Only FVG's in the same direction of trend ' mode, or on non-Forex/Futures/Indices symbols, S/R needs to be higher/lower than SB session high/low.

Volume Tick Analysis and Order Blocks [Tcs] | ALGOThe indicator has been developed to provide the most complete vision possible of liquidity areas, highly traded past price levels, and how volume tick analysis affects price action.
It helps to draw on all the areas that generate a price move, or market inefficiency.
The indicator has different features:
- ORDER BLOCKS : The indicator draws different kinds of order blocks on the chart.
• Real valuable order blocks - where the price reaction is more probable. It's define by a calculation of the quantity tick volume exchanged between bulls and bears on a price level, which can create a candle event, such as engulfing candles. For this motivation the order blocks plotted will be a real valuable area.
The threshold can be adjusted based on the strategy's needs, in particular this set up has been added to adapt the strategy on different kind of asset. For Cryptocurrency for example the best threshold are between 0.5 and 1. The lower the value, the fewer order blocks will be plotted, but they will be more valuable. It's possible to show the volume exchanged, the percentage, and who controlled the valuable area, bulls or bears, on these order blocks.
For a better visualization, the order block will change color (more transparent) after it will be violated for the first time, and it will be deleted once the price will break trough it.

It's also possible to plot the footprint of past and invalidated order blocks on the chart, which can help to draw lines for future valuable areas.
• Secondary order blocks are less valuable order blocks where the probability of a price reaction is less. Usually, they work for small retracements and are more useful for scalpers. the concept is the same as Primary order blocks but without a too restricted calculation of tick volume exchanged
• LIQUIDITY GRABS: Liquidity grabs are plotted on candles that try to invalidate an order block, but high volumes move them to the opposite direction. They happen when opposite players try to move the market in the opposite direction. They are calculated only on primary order blocks.
A good entry usually is when a liquidity grab appear, the price come in the liquidity grab area to fry liquidity and price close again in the liquidity grab area.
• VOLUME VSA: All candles with high and above-average volume are plotted on the chart for both bull and bear volume. It highlights more than average volume, high volume, and extreme volume with different colors. This can help to spot good entries or detect beginning/end of a trend. For example abnormal high volume at the end of a big price movement, in the same direction, can define the end of a trend. If same situation of abnormal high volume, but in the opposite direction of the trend, could define the beginning of a market inversion.
• FAIR VALUE GAPS: It highlights all the inefficiencies of market moves, which can be used as retracement or price return areas. Here, they can be adjusted based on how effective they are adjusting the volume threshold. Bulls and bears FVG are defined in different colors. More effective FVG are plotted in less transparent colors, and you will find three levels of effectiveness.
Both OB and FVG will change color once the price retraces on them, and they will be removed when they are invalidated.
Please note that this indicator is for educational purposes only and should not be used for trading without further testing and analysis.
Multi-Timeframe FVG [TFO]The goal of this indicator is to find Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) that overlap on multiple timeframes. FVGs are already meant to be “sensitive” areas where one might expect price to react from, therefore FVGs that overlap on multiple timeframes could provide even more confluence that there may be a reaction in said area (with proper context).
Mitigation Type allows users to select how FVGs should be mitigated, either by wick or by completely closing through the area.
The displacement option helps to filter out smaller FVGs by looking for areas where price ran rather quickly (causing displacement). This is done by comparing the candle that made the FVG to a fractional ATR value, so that one may fine-tune how much “larger” the candle range needs to be, relative to recent price action.
The timeframe alignment option allows users to select how many timeframes must be converging in order to draw FVGs. For instance, with all timeframes selected, a timeframe alignment value of 2 would require that there be overlapping FVGs on 2 or more timeframes. A value of 3 would require that there be overlapping FVGs on all 3 timeframes in order for them to be drawn.
FVG Sessions [LuxAlgo]The FVG Sessions indicator highlights the first fair value gap of the trading session as well as the session range. Detected fair value gaps extend to the end of the trading session.
Alerts are included on the formation of a session fair value gap, price being within a session fair value gap, mitigations, and price crossing session fair value gaps average.
🔶 USAGE
Trader ICT states that the first fair value gap of the trading session can attract the most significant reaction. Having only one FVG per session allows users to further focus on that precise imbalance as well as external elements.
The mitigation of a fair value gap is clearly indicated on the chart with a more transparent color allowing users to see inverse FVGs.
Extending the fair value gaps allows the imbalance area to provide potential support and resistance.
Do note that this script should be used on intraday charts.

SME Backtesting [TFO]This strategy script is an extension of my Smart Money Essentials (SME) indicator and aims to provide a simplified means of backtesting complex trade models that incorporate a variety of Smart Money Concepts.
Among other things, Smart Money Essentials contains logic for:
- Market structure
- Fair Value Gaps
- Order Blocks
- Breaker Blocks
- Optimal Trade Entries
- HTF Market Structure
The Confluence section can then be utilized to build and test trade models from any combination of the included factors. As a basic example, we could test a strategy that only utilizes market structure. With Manual Exit turned off, we would simply be flipping long on bullish market structure shifts, and reversing short on bearish market structure shifts for the duration of the user-defined session.
As one might expect, such a simple strategy isn't expected to produce very reliable results by itself. However, we could build on these ideas by adding extra layers of Confluence, like looking for entries where Market Structure aligns with Order Block interactions. We could also turn on Manual Exit with a 40 tick stop loss and 80 tick profit target (10 points and 20 points, respectively, for ES futures), for more defined exit criteria.
One could expand on these ideas by adding factors like Fair Value Gaps, HTF Market Structure, etc. Any of the core pieces of SME can be used to build and backtest strategies that would otherwise be extremely tedious to do by hand, and as the SME indicator grows, so too will this backtesting script. Ultimately, the purpose of this is to make Smart Money Concepts more objective and easily testable so that users may better understand where these concepts may perform best.
NSDT Fair Value GapThis script is our version of the "Fair Value Gap".
A Fair Value Gap is nothing more than a series of 3 candles with a gap between a candle high/low and a candle high/low two candles prior.
For example:
A Gap Up - the Low of a candle is higher than the High of two candles back.
A Gap Down - the High of a candle is lower than the Low of two candles back.
Typically, on a Gap Up, the trader would wait for the price to re-enter the Gap, and take a Long position.
Typically, on a Gap Down, the trader would wait for the price to re-enter the Gap, and take a Short position.
We found that simply trading through the Gaps (fill the gap) produced a better result. So we reversed the procedure and the colors to show our suggested direction.
We have added inputs so the trader can determine the size of the Gaps to be plotted on the chart. A minimum and maximum can be set.
The number of Gaps to be displayed can be adjusted.
There is a option to remove Gaps that had been filled, to help keep a clean chart.
Fair Value Gap - FVG - HistogramThis indicator uses a histogram to represent "fair value gaps" ("FVG"). FVG is a popular pattern among modern traders.
This document describes the purpose of the script and discusses the conceptual meaning of "fair value," as well as the connotations attached to it.
█🚀 Based on the previous script - improved clarity
This indicator is a modified version of the "Three Bar Gap (Simple Price Action - with 1 line plot)" indicator, which is also available as open source and can be applied to a chart as a complementary tool along with this indicator.
Differences:
The previous version introduced a "Threshold filter" to reduce the number of lines plotted on charts. This filter introduced two additional parameters for users to consider (ATR length and multiplier). These parameters made the indicator more complicated than intended.
To address this issue of having too many lines in the former version, I proposed a spin-off on this version: It's to consider plotting the magnitude of the FVGs on a histogram instead of using lines on a price chart. In my opinion, a histogram is more suitable for decision-making because it lays out data points side-by-side as bins, which makes comparisons much clearer.
Minor FVGs are expected to have smaller bins compared to their neighboring bins, and in extreme cases, the bins will become seemingly invisible due to the auto-adjusted scale of the y-axis. Therefore, there is no need to filter out any data, and all FVGs can be included in this spin-off version.
█🚀 Candlestick patterns - revisited
This script calculates the displacement of highs and lows over three consecutive bars.
A) Down move: When the high of the recent-confirmed bar is lower than the low of the previous-previous candle.
B) Up move: When the low of the recently-confirmed bar is higher than the high of the previous-previous candle.

Core Functionality
The purpose of this indicator is to generate bins representing the magnitude of FVGs in the form of a histogram to facilitate the visualization of price movements.
The act of "finding FVGs" does not require any inputs, but users can still customize the colors of the bins to indicate the direction of movement.
Auxiliary functionality: “Key level finder” by searching for large FVGs
The following inputs are optional, in fact, the entire feature can be toggled on/off.
In this example, setting the lookback at 20 means the script will generate a signal if the current histogram bin is taller than all previous bins over the past 20 bars.

Tall histogram bins = key levels .
Traders should observe key levels for entry or exit opportunities.
It is important to note that this indicator was designed for standard time-based charts.
On a separate note, FVGs will not appear in Renko charts with fixed-size bricks. This is because the bricks align with their neighboring bricks. When the bricks are fixed, any displacement between highs and lows within less than or equal to three bars will be zero.
The concept of a "gap" is used to illustrate that price follows a jump-diffusion process, and time intervals can be assigned arbitrarily on the x-axis without needing fixed intervals. This idea was briefly discussed in the previous script's write-up.

Bins are plotted with a one-bar delay. It only takes one bar for the FVG to become confirmed. Lag is beneficial because it clarifies the need for traders to wait for the bar to close and for the signals to become confirmed before entering or exiting a trade. Experienced traders know that prices tend to retrace, so there is no need to chase. An added bar of delay proves to be useful.
█🚀 Opinion: The term “fair value” can be misleading
Those who come from traditional finance may find the term "fair value gap" somewhat insulting. When encountering the phrase, it can feel like a group of aliens from "Planet Technical Analysis" have intrusively landed on your planet and assertively redefined what "fair value" is supposed to mean.
So, what does "fair value" mean in the realm of technical analysis?
In the world of corporate finance, "fair value" is a subjective estimate of what buyers and sellers are hypothetically willing to pay or accept. Buy-side and sell-side analysts use their own methodologies to determine what constitutes "fair value". These approaches may be based on income, asset, or market comparables. Regardless of the approach used, subjectivity is inherent, and results depend on fundamental data provided by the numbers on financial statements. Valuations are unrelated to candlestick patterns .
When dealing with financial statements, finance professionals who are non-market-participants, such as those working in group reporting practices for reporting issuers, or those hired as external auditors, as required by regulators, may also question what constitutes "fair value". The main concerns always revolve around the assumptions used in valuation models; these are inputs that ultimately require management's judgment, and if not critically questioned, valuations as reported in the statements could end up becoming materially bogus. Both IFRS and U.S. GAAP define "fair value" with the same intended meaning in terms of definitions. We will not delve into the details here. The main point is that "fair value" from a financial reporting perspective has nothing to do with candlesticks .
If a price is already quoted in an actively traded market, you can refer to it to obtain what is known as "mark-to-market". This involves simply referring to the bid or ask price on the reporting date, and you're done - there's no need to read candlesticks !
"Fair value" is a neutral term used by finance professionals in all domains. It is not meant to imply that something is actually "fair." Paying the "fair value" for an asset can still result in overpaying or underpaying for what the asset is worth, depending on different model assumptions. The point is, candlesticks are irrelevant to the analysis of what is considered "fair value" in the realm of traditional finance.
That being said, there is no definitive answer as to why people refer to this pattern as a "fair value gap". It's like one of those oddball interview questions asking you to explain why tennis balls are fuzzy. Whatever answer you give, it's important to note that the subject itself is trivial.
Emphasis of matter on why "fair value" can be misleading
The previous paragraphs were not intended to attack ideas from the realm of technical analysis, nor to assert the true meaning, or lack of meaning, of the term "fair value". Words are constantly evolving. If the term "fair value gap" becomes more widely used to describe the displacement of highs and lows over three bars, then let's call it a "fair value gap".
To be clear, I argue that the term "fair value gap" should not be given a positive connotation. Traders should interpret the word "fair" neutrally. Although these signals occur frequently, if you trade every time there is a signal, you will overtrade and incur astronomical transaction costs over the long run, which can lead to losses.
█🚀 Conclusion:
In the end, what matters is how you apply FVG to trading. As mentioned in the "Applications" section above, traders should look for large FVGs - indicated by tall histogram bins - to identify key levels.
FVGs & CEs + Alerts: simple & efficient methodFair Value Gap indicator: Paints FVGs and their midlines (CEs). Stops painting when CE is hit, or when fully filled; user choice of threshold. This threshold is also used in the Alert conditions.

-A FVG represents a 'naked' body where the wicks/tails on either side do not meet. This can be seen as a type of 'gap', which price will have a tendency to want to re-fill (in part or in full).
-The midline (CE, or 'Consequent encroachment') of FVGs also tend to show price sensitivity.
-This indicator paints all FVGs until priced into, and should give an idea of which are more meaningful and which are best ignored (based on context: location, Time of day, market structure, etc).
-This is a simpler and more efficient method of painting Fair value gaps which auto-stop painting when price reaches them.

Covered OB : An order block whose immediate next candle doesn't form a Fair Value Gap. Here, the Order Block high or low doesn't contribute to the formation of Fair Value Gap. Instead it will have other candles in between the Order Block and Fair Value Gap.

ICT Implied Fair Value Gap (IFVG) [LuxAlgo]An Implied Fair Value Gap (IFVG) is a three candles imbalance formation conceptualized by ICT that is based on detecting a larger candle body & then measuring the average between the two adjacent candle shadows.
This indicator automatically detects this imbalance formation on your charts and can be extended by a user set number of bars.
The IFVG average can also be extended until a new respective IFVG is detected, serving as a support/resistance line.
Alerts for the detection of bullish/bearish IFVG's are also included in this script.

Shadow Threshold %: Threshold percentage used to filter out IFVG's with low adjacent candles shadows.
IFVG Extension: Number of bars used to extend highlighted IFVG's areas.
Extend Averages: Extend IFVG's averages up to a new detected respective IFVG.
🔶 USAGE
Users of this indicator can primarily find it useful for trading imbalances just as they would for trading regular Fair Value Gaps or other imbalances, which aims to highlight a disparity between supply & demand.
For trading a bullish IFVG, users can find this imbalance as an area where price is likely to fill or act as an area of support.
In the same way, a user could trade bearish IFVGs by seeing it as a potential area to be filled or act as resistance within a downtrend.
Users can also extend the IFVG averages and use them as longer-term support/resistances levels. This can highlight the ability of detected IFVG to provide longer term significant support and resistance levels.

Various methods have been proposed for the detection of regular FVG's, and as such it would not be uncommon to see various methods for the implied version.
We propose the following identification rules for the algorithmic detection of IFVG's:

Central candle body is larger than the body of the adjacent candles.
Current price low is higher than high price two bars ago.
Current candle lower shadow makes up more than p percent of its total candle range.
Candle upper shadow two bars ago makes up more than p percent of its total candle range.
The average of the current candle lower shadow is greater than the average of the candle upper shadow two bars ago.

🔹 Bearish
Central candle body is larger than the body of the adjacent candles.

Gaps + Imbalances + Wicks (MTF) - By LeviathanThis script will identify and draw price gaps, wicks and imbalances with customizable fill conditions, multi-timeframe function, zone size filtering, volume comparison, lookback filtering, as well as highly customizable appearance and settings.
I’ve made this indicator to combine the three similar but different elements that occur in price movements and serve as significant zones of interest or way of PA interpretation in various different strategies.
Imbalances (or Fair Value Gap/FVG/Inefficiency/whatever)
- The Imbalance “pattern” consists of 3 candles (1- candle before the sharp move, 2 - sharp move candle and 3- candle after the sharp move). When price makes a move downwards, the imbalance zone is defined as the area between the low of 1 and the high of 3 When price makes a move upwards, the imbalance zone is defined as the area between the high of 1 and the low of 3.
Gaps
A price gap is an area on a chart where no trading activity has taken place. A gap up means that the low of the current candle is higher than the high of the previous candle and a gap down means that the high of the current candle is lower than the low of the previous candle.
Wicks (or shadows/tails/whatever)
Wicks are used to indicate where the price has fluctuated relative to the opening and closing price of the candle. An upper wick is the zone between candle high and candle close/open (whichever is higher) and a lower wick is the zone between candle’s low and candle’s close/open (whichever is lower).
Settings Overview
“Zone Type” - This input lets you decide which zones should the script plot and on which timeframe. You should always pick a timeframe higher than your chat’s.
“Middle Line, Top Line, Bottom Line” - Show or hide the Middle Line (horizontal level in the middle of each zone), Show or hide Top Line (horizontal level at the top of the zone), Show or hide Bottom Line (horizontal level at the bottom of the zone)
“UP/DOWN Zones" - This input lets you show/hide UP Zones or DOWN Zones an pick their color, border color and label color.
”Fill Condition” - If turned ON, the zones will end drawing when your prefered Fill Condition is met (Full Filll = price mitigates the whole zone, Half Fill = zone is at least halfway mitigated and Touch = zone is touched by price). If turned OFF, the zones will only be plotted for the amount of bars defined it “Zone Length”.
”Lookback (D)” - This input lets you limit the amount of zones plotted on the chart by choosing how many days back in time should the script go to find and plot zones. For example, input 1 will only show you the zones of the past day, input 7 will only show you the zones of the past week.
”Hide Filled Zones” - If turned ON, the zones that have been filled will be removed from the chart.
”Show Boxes” - Show or hide the boxes that represent the zones. This is useful for those who want the zones to be visualized by just lines.
“Filter Type” - this input lets you create a filter that will make the script only show zones that are larger than ATR or larger than a certain percentage. You can choose the ATR Length and the multiplier (higher multiplier → larger zone required), as well as the Percentage (%) and its multiplier (higher percentage → larger zone required). If you choose “None”, the zones of all sizes will be plotted.
”Zone Labels” - this part of the settings lets you: show/hide labels, decide on the size of the labels and their positions, choose a custom name for each zone, choose the data that the labels present (Type of the zone/Timeframe/ Volume ).
”Other settings” - ‘Stop/Delete zone after X number of candles’ will force stop/delete the zone if it’s plotted for more than prefered number of bars. ‘Line Style’ lets you choose the style and the color of the lines, ‘Zone Length’ defines the length of the zone if Fill Condition is “None”.
More settings, modifications and improvements coming in future updates. This script is a bit old so I will clean up and optimize the code once I have more time.
Three Bar Gap (Simple Price Action - with 1 line plot)This script is tailored towards experienced traders who prefer to view raw price charts during live execution. It searches for a three-bar pattern of what is colloquially called "fair value gap", or "imbalance" and uses a single line to plot the results. The goal is to display price in a way that is as simple as possible so that chart readers who don't prefer to add indicators on their screen will still find this indicator as an acceptable option to consider for.
From a code perspective, this script explores a new PineScript feature called UDT (user-defined types). This is an incredible update because it brings developers one step close to having the ability to create abstract data types.
█ What is price action?
Experienced traders will tell you that the chart that they use for live execution is raw, clean, and uses no indicators. They say they execute on price action, so what exactly is price action?
There is no formal definition to it, but one can agree that it implies the process of analyzing price without considering the fundamentals, without needing to know what the news was about, and without needing to know any of the Greeks (except for the desire to “seek alpha” Ha.haa...). This is not to say that price action traders are executing in their own vacuums without the need to know what is happening around the world. Surely fundamentals and financial models can be used beforehand for developing a bias for what is being traded, but it’s price-first at the moment of execution. That said, Factor (A) is Price.
Factor (B) is time-perception, it’s how the trader reads the tape. How the trader perceives price to change with respect to time is valuable information. Interpretation of "time" will be elaborated in the next section that talks about candlestick patterns detected by this script.
Putting this together, price action means the analysis of price movement by only considering (A) price, and (B) time, to predict which direction the market will move. A speculative trader is timing the market with the expectation to make a quick in-and-out profit; she/she is using price action. On the other hand, a long term investor holding a diversified portfolio with a strategy based on modern portfolio theory combined with fundamental analysis (at this point candlesticks are irrelevant) but has one additional criteria of, say, can only go Long on a stock when it has closed Green on Daily; he/she is also considered to be executing on price action.
█ Candlestick patterns
This script calculates the displacement of highs and lows over three consecutive bars.
A) Down move = When High of the recent confirmed bar is lower than the Low of the previous-previous candle
B) Up move = When Low of the recent confirmed bar is higher than the High of the previous-previous candle
(Note that its the confirmed bar that is being talked about, so it does not repaint)
An ATR filter will be applied to reduce the number of lines generated as many times they might just be associated with minor price changes.
Interpretations:
When price moves quickly across three bars, it can be thought that it has gapped. Although the candle in the middle appears to be solid, it’s not from a conceptual perspective. This is because time itself is arbitrary; timeframes don’t necessarily have to be fixed intervals. Take stocks with regular trading hours for example, if price makes a breakaway gap and you bundle the after-hours and pre-market sessions together as one candle, never minding that intervals should be fixed, then you will see the exact three-bar-gap patterns. Similar happens during intraday sessions on lower timeframes, if you zoom-in closer, you’ll see that ticks within the middle candle are sparsely dispersed. This is why it's called a gap.
█ Parameters with fixed inputs & assumptions used:
ATR is used for filtering out minor movements that will likely be deemed as irrelevant by trader for the purpose of live execution. The following inputs are required:
A) ATR lookback period
B) Multiplier
The product of ATR(len=A) and B produces a threshold for minimum distance that price must gap by. Initially, it was proposed to be only based on one ATR, but often an ATR is too wide and using it will filter out too many lines. Because of this observation, a multiplier (Parameter B) has been introduced to allow users to apply fractional ATR as a threshold.
█ Applications:
For trend followers: Follow the direction of the gap. Entering above recent high/low points above/below the first impulse with a stop-limit order is a viable tactic.
For contrarians fading a trend: The mid-point is a good point of reference for predicting potential areas of support/resistance.
Fair Value Gap Oscillator (Expo)█ Overview
The Fair Value Gap Oscillator (Expo) is an indicator based on the concept of Fair Value Gaps. It is a momentum indicator that helps traders identify mispricings in the market over time. The indicator also incorporates volume and volatility to increase its accuracy further. The indicator can be used in both trending and range-bound markets.
FVG occurs when there is an insufficient amount of buyers and sellers in the market for a particular asset. This can cause a sudden and large gap in the asset price, creating an imbalance in the price. This gap can be large enough to prevent traders from entering the market to take advantage of the price discrepancy. This, in turn, leads to a lack of liquidity and further price volatility.
█ How is the Fair Value Gap Oscialltor calculated?
The Fair Value Gap Oscillator is calculated by using historical Fair Value Gapa, volume, and volatility to determine if the market is trading at a discount or premium relative to its historical fair value. It is based on the idea that prices move in fair value cycles and that by looking at the oscillations of FVG data over time, traders can get a deeper insight into how imbalances impact the price over time.
█ Oscillator Trading
Oscillators are technical indicators that are used to measure momentum within a given market. These indicators measure the speed and magnitude of price movements. Traders use oscillators to identify potential entry and exit points in the market. They may look for overbought and oversold conditions, or they may look for divergence between the price of an asset and its oscillator. When these signals are identified, traders can then enter or exit positions accordingly.
█ How to use
It is a momentum indicator that helps traders identify mispricings in the market over time. In addition, the FVG Oscialltor can be used to identify overbought and oversold conditions in the market, as well as trends and leading trend changes.
Trending Indicator
The Fair Value Gap Oscillator can also be used to identify trends in the market. By tracking the FVG over time, investors can identify whether the market is trending up or down.
Leading Indicator
This indicator can be used to identify leading changes in the market’s momentum and price action. It will indicate beforehand when the momentum decreases and a potential trend change is about to come.
Divergences
Leading Indicators are great for identifying divergences. This Fair Value Gap Oscillator is a powerful yet simple tool to spot divergences in the market.
It is important to remember that the Fair Value Gap Oscillator is just one tool in your investment toolbox. It should be used in conjunction with other smart money concept indicators to identify excellent trading opportunities.
