Advanced Elliott Wave Search Engine - by TheActualSnail
This indicator is a rule-based Elliott Wave detection and ranking engine designed to analyze up to 500 candles of structure and evaluate multiple wave models simultaneously.
It does not force a single count. Instead, it detects several Elliott Wave families, scores them based on structural and Fibonacci compliance, and displays only the scenarios that meet your selected quality threshold. Each active model includes projected targets and structural invalidation levels.
This is a probability-ranked wave engine, not a manual drawing tool.

What This Indicator Detects
Motive Structures
• Impulse (0–5)
• Leading Diagonal
• Ending Diagonal
Simple Corrections
• ZigZag (ABC)
• Flat (Regular and Expanded)
• Triangle (Contracting, Running, Barrier variants)
Complex Corrections
• Double Three (WXY)
• Double ZigZag (WXY variants)
Harmonic Overlays
• Gartley
• Bat
• Butterfly
• Crab
• Cypher
Each model is scored from 0–100 using structural rules, Fibonacci relationships, overlap logic, alternation checks, and extension measurements. Only scenarios above your minimum score threshold are plotted.

ACTIVE Label Explained
Example:
ACTIVE: IMP 60 | LD 50 | ED 50 | ZZ 75 | FL 85x | TRI Running 100 | WXY 90
• The number represents the confidence score.
• “x” next to FL indicates an Expanded Flat.
• Multiple models can be valid simultaneously due to fractal market structure.
• The highest score represents the strongest structural fit under current conditions.

Target Logic
Each model uses scenario-specific Fibonacci projections.
Impulse
• Wave 3: 1.0 / 1.618 / 2.618 of Wave 1
• Wave 5: 0.618 / 1.0 / 1.618 relationships
ZigZag / Flat
• Wave C: 1.0 / 1.272 / 1.618 of Wave A
Triangle
• Post-E thrust: 1.0 / 1.618 of widest leg
Harmonics
• PRZ zones derived from classic XA, AB, BC ratios
Targets plot in the direction of the detected structural bias.

Settings Explained and Recommended Values
Lookback Bars (Default: 500)
Defines how many candles are scanned.
Recommended: 500 for maximum structural context.
________________________________________
Degree Preset (Minor / Intermediate / Primary)
Controls pivot sensitivity.
• Minor: Faster signals, more noise
• Intermediate: Balanced
• Primary: Larger, cleaner structures
Recommended:
• Intraday (15m–2h): Intermediate
• 4h–Daily: Primary
________________________________________
Min Score to Plot
Defines the minimum structural confidence required.
• 55–65: Balanced and realistic
• 70+: Only strong structures
• Below 50: Higher noise
If nothing appears, lower the threshold slightly.
If too many models appear, increase it.
________________________________________
Scenario Toggles
You can enable or disable:
• Impulse
• Diagonals
• ZigZag
• Flat
• Triangle types
• WXY complex corrections
• Harmonics
If charts become cluttered, disable lower-probability structures and focus on the top scoring models.
________________________________________
Target Line Length
Defines how far projections extend.
Recommended: 100–200 bars.
________________________________________
Invalidation Lines
Displays structural invalidation levels:
• Impulse: Wave 4 overlap violation
• ABC: Break of B extreme
• Triangle: Boundary break
• Harmonic: PRZ invalidation
These are critical for scenario management.
________________________________________
Best Practical Approach
• Use Intermediate degree.
• Keep lookback at 500.
• Set minimum score around 60.
• Focus on the top 1–3 scoring models.
• Treat lower scores as alternate scenarios.
• Always confirm with market structure and liquidity context.
This tool works best as:
• A structural bias filter
• A confluence engine
• A Fibonacci projection tool
It is not a certainty predictor.
