aggiungi(_tb, _row, _value, _textColor)
aggiungi : popola una riga in tabella info nella posizione _row
Parameters:
_tb: : oggetto table su cui operare (creata in precedenza)
_row: : posizione in tabella
_value: : testo da scrivere
_textColor: : colore testo : giallo, bianco, nero, blu, arancio, stringa vuota "" per giallo
Returns: oggetto tabella per info
