So the sec appealed . The drop was not as bad as expected . Still within structure . The entity that controls how money moves don’t want ripple to compete with them, they are trying to force ripple to fold and have control over ripple they want to have control over this disruptive technology . even if ripple wins the appeal they will appeal again to Supreme Court and if then ripple wins they will find other issues to sue and keep litigating . ripple has two options now 1. Succumb to the pressure and give the entity control or 2 keep working alone .my bet they will continue to move forward they will launch RLUSD very soon that stable coin is what usdt is for btc or Busd is for Binance coin . The market already made its decision and we can tell by charts. Feeling really disappointing but now all we can do now is wait , keep on going with life this is gonna be a long journey . This is not an investment recommendation just my personal opinion also last TA for ripple .
