Imo Target for this wave 3 will be 104.39. Could go now to there, However I dont think so . I think will make a 4th wave to 102.81 before and starting @ 104.19. Then a whole wave 4 to 100.53 and finally to target @ 104.39. Depending on events some of these waves could be skipped, but remember final target should be 104.98.
