2 weeks ago, we questioned whether TSLA was about to enter into a sharp pullback. Now that the price has fundamentally returned to the lower bounds of the channel, it is the perfect time to ask a new question: Is Tesla Dead?
The answer is: Of course not.
That being said though, it is important to understand that we are seeing a situation for the Tesla price that has not been seen in almost a year. We have seen the price come close the the lower bound - sure - but until last week, it had not touched, let alone broken, the lower end of the channel.
Bulls need to wake up and find some opportunistic buying volumes here, and Tesla risks breaking out of this insanely profitable trend it has been in. Now to be clear, all trends eventually end. And if this is the beginning of a completion cycle in the Tesla trend; it has been a great ride for all of us. But for now, let's look to the bulls for inspiration.
