I believe we traced out a Gartley in BLUE which did not meet full target. The first 3 months of 2015 saw one after another Harmonic pattern just miss it's upside target, showing relative weakness. Now, price is setting up for a SHARK. I expect this - should it begin to play out - will also fail to meet it's 2nd PRZ.
