Chart is self-explanatory. This is the SPX in relation to the M2 money supply and compared to the development of gold prices. As we can see an increasingly negative correlation between both, and both are at resistance/support levels, we can expect a strong intermediate reversal on both for the next weeks and months! However, the fiscal and monetary policy of central banks will no more function in the long run, as inflation will get out of hand and cheap money wont generate economic surplus anymore.
