ETC is still hasn't matured as much as the ETH ecosystem yet. Not that ETH is all that mature, but you can see the price consequences of having so much ETH "locked up" in ICO's. The markets are hot for dumb money.
ETC will have ICO's soon, BTCC will add ETC in the coming weeks, it's also available now to Wall Street Investors through Silbert's Grayscale Investment Trust. Capped Supply. Immutability. Growing dev teams. Even WhalePanda is bullish on ETC.
HOWEVER, it will be quite interesting to see what happens with Rootstock on Bitcoin. SmartBitcoins pegged 1:1 with Bitcoins, non-competing smart contract chain with all the security of Bitcoin. Plus, RSK gets about 100-400 transaction per second, and the goal with Lumino is to get 2000 tps. I think the network effect is going to cripple both Ethereums in the long run, but I could be wrong. Time will tell.
With that said, I do have small bag that I swing trade with, and I'll be looking for these targets in the next couple weeks:
T1 0.01
T2 0.013
and just for kicks, T3 0.015

Moved to .09 recently, correcting now...people trying to grab as much ETC as possible before the next move up. Right now there's over 100 BTC support though at .0083ish
