CBS could offer a nice daily short near earnings

Looking to short any decent rally here using an ATR based stop. I am bearish for 3 primary reasons:
1. RgMov is in a 2 month downtrend
2. Since the November high, the latest mode to the downside is now greater than any before it
3. Price is below some heavy earnings level resistance
