Going to break soon

I put my stop loss using the chandelier stop, and used the average true range to determine if its close to breakout. If its low, it then jumps up after and moves out of the sideways position rught? Im new to this, and wanted to ask questions in the chat, but it wants me to publish ideas first and says i have to build reputation points before i can do that. Hope im doing this right… thanks
