Tips for Beating out FOMO?

Could use some tips on how to beat out FOMO in my trading... what to look for and what not. Any insight would be appreaceited!!!

and yes.. I know, I know... buy low, sell high. But easier said then done. Thanks :)

This has been the most helpful post I have made... Really helped me get over the FOMO buy and sell. The RSI chart in conjunction with the 9/13 EMA's is a great match up to help make smart decisions. Thanks for everyone's input! Share this post with some nooobs!
