Overview

The KINGS STRATEGY is designed to highlight bullish opportunities where two key conditions align:

Divergent Bars (DB): price action patterns that often signal potential reversals.

King Bar pattern: a proprietary candle formation designed to capture strong directional intent.

Both signals are filtered using Williams Alligator lines, helping to focus only on setups aligned with market structure.

How It Works
1. Williams Alligator Trend Filter

The script plots three dynamic moving averages (Jaw, Teeth, Lips) using your chosen method: SMA, SMMA, EMA, RMA, WMA, or VWMA.

These lines act as a market filter to confirm that signals are not appearing against the dominant structure.

2. Divergent Bar Detection

Bullish DB: price makes a lower low below all three Alligator lines, while closing above its midpoint (hl2).

Filter Strength Options:

No filter → detects all DBs.

Medium → adds extra bar-to-bar confirmation.

High → requires full Alligator alignment (Lips < Teeth < Jaw) to confirm trend strength.

3. King Bar Pattern

A specialized candlestick condition requiring:

Previous bar strongly bearish (body ≥70% of full range).

Current bar small-bodied (10%–30% of full range).

Current close lower than previous close (but still above the prior open).

This candle formation is designed to spot exhaustion followed by potential reversal strength.

4. Combined Signal

The script only plots a “KING” label and upward arrow when both Divergent Bar and King Bar conditions are true simultaneously, filtering out weaker standalone signals.
