Avanti Feeds Responds to BSE Query on Volume Increase

Avanti Feeds Limited has responded to a query from the BSE regarding a significant increase in the volume of its securities (scrips) across exchanges. In a letter dated September 11, 2025, the company stated that it is in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).

The company affirmed that there is no undisclosed information or announcement, including any impending announcements, that could be influencing the price or volume behavior of its scrip. Avanti Feeds also stated that the reason for the recent increase in trading volume is unknown to the company.

Avanti Feeds assured the BSE that it will continue to adhere to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and remain transparent in its disclosures to stock exchanges and investors.
