ITC Issues 4,67,510 Shares Under Employee Stock Option Schemes

ITC Limited has announced the issuance and allotment of 4,67,510 ordinary shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes on September 17, 2025. This decision was made following a meeting of the committee, which concluded at 11:40 am.

The shares, each valued at ₹1, were issued upon the exercise of 46,751 options by the optionees. Consequently, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company has increased to ₹1,252.71 Crore, divided into 12,52,71,30,431 ordinary shares of ₹1 each.

The company informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, BSE Ltd, and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd about this allotment, adhering to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
