Algoquant Fintech Announces Trading Window Closure from October 1, 2025

Algoquant Fintech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company, effective from October 1, 2025. This decision complies with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2025. This closure is intended to prevent insider trading and ensure fair practices within the company.

The announcement applies to all directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees/persons, and promoters of the company, as well as their immediate relatives. These individuals are advised not to engage in any transactions involving the company's securities, either directly or indirectly, during the closure period.
