Stellantis Expands AI Partnership With Mistral AI

Stellantis (STLAM, Financials) is putting more money into artificial intelligence by expanding its cooperation with French company Mistral AI to use the technology further in its business.

As part of a larger effort in the industry to use AI in car building.

The two businesses have been working together on trial projects for over a year. They stated on Wednesday at Italian Tech Week in Turin that they will now establish two new platforms to help that work grow. One will be in charge of sales and customer service, while the other will be in charge of production and operations.

Stellantis has a simple goal: to make interactions with customers easier and factories run more smoothly by using AI in routine tasks. The automotive company wants to make it easier to sell, service, and build automobiles across all of its brands by working with Mistral to make tools.
