GBPAUD Heading 2.0750 by Medium Term
Based on currency band pricing structure on the medium term exchange rate target zone by the target zone for exchange rate and the management of G-8 currencies, the GBPAUD is heading to 2.0750 in medium term, higher than previously estimation 2.0500.
The GBPUSD is still heading for 1.3450/1.3500 and the AUDUSD is till underway for price adjustment to 0.7300/0.7500. At such, the bullish price dynamics on the GBPAUD will be slower until the AUDUSD to reach the 0.7300/0.7500 and there the bullish price dynamics will be at faster rate for monthly bullish long trade. Prior to that, intraday and weekly long trade is recommendable until the AUDUSD to reach 0.7300/0.7500.
