Bounce right on that HS descending neckline, right on cue, now if we can hold above the 8-24 previous high, we will be in OIL bull territory. If not, could be another 8-24 stock ripple in the oil pond event. Active rig count down again today slightly nudges price a bit higher. This is a decade old wait and see event.
