BPOST STEEP FALL LOWER THAN IPO

BPOST BELGIAN POST recent steep lower than the IPO can only be explained by 3 reasons.
1) Recent earning call showed a lack of knowledge og the social security cost (higher) of the aquisition of Radial in the USA also its a co with 1bn gross and only 57m EBITDA
2) The acquisition is forwarded hrough a bond if 650 million eurow 1,25% coupon
3) The fact that the stock is in the hands of institutionals dividend seeker..probably they are afraid of lower dividend due to the aquisition cost of Radial and doubtfoul plan.
4) The Trump tarrifs and higher cost of goods probably will result in lower parcels distribution through Radial (former E-Bay).
5) The demand for customer satisfaction (Christmas and Easter holidays) increased the cost and although they have built a new distribution unit for Benelux they still use the units in France and Holland airports thus increasing costs.

Start of quiet period ahead of Q2/2018 results 09/07 the stock must start an upward movement till 13,7-14.4 € before the Q2 results 8/08 in order to show that all fears are pointless or a share buyback plan 51% is controlled by the Belgian Government.
