Its all about the end of the lock up of for $AVTR

Tons of debt coming due. Lock up expiration. 17 analysts love the stock, only problem since those same analysts own or would recommend the stock, it means ... To me sell short.

I'm seeing a decline in price to the $11.50 a share region.
