This is actually a really good tool for spotting reversals. Not 100% - nothing is, but just going through several assets this seems pretty reliable. There's definitely logic behind why this would be a good at detecting reversals as well. Probably market dependent. There might be markets were it would be better at spotting continuation. This is really good stuff!

Interestingly, the spikes on the indicator correlate to volume spikes, which makes sense.
