TD Countdown
TD Countdown is the "Second Phase" of a TD Sequential.
The idea is that a TD Sequential 8 or 9 with a proper new low signal provides good odds for reversal
If that reversal doesn't happen, that's when the TD countdown happens. TD countdown waits for 13 more new lows (basically) before expiring. Once the TD countdown expires, the odds for reversal will be even larger

I realized I didn't do the final #13 countdown detection according to the instructions. we have to wait for a break below TC8 and TC11 for a TC13. That makes sense because you want a solid new low before trying to do the bottom call

pretty happy with this version.
the sequence counter would get to 9 and not roll over to 1. it's interesting to look at it both ways and maybe its worth adding a setting for both. but i changed it to do rollover since i think that's the prescribed way.
the countdown count to 13 wasn't working correctly before either. I was having problems where the actual 13th count wouldnt show. also sometimes after the 13th count it would roll to a count like 12. I think all that has been fixed now.
I also added orange barcolor for the 8 and 11 in the countdown since they are used for the 13 count and simplified the colors overall

after some more reading i feel the sequence should not turn over to 1 if the move is still being made, instead we should do repeating 9's
