I dont fully understand the indicator. What does it mean when price crosses the 0 line?

@martini71, if Kijun Sen has become flat and price is more than 3 ATR from KS then I don’t take new posn.,wait for pullbacks.More info can also gained by looking whether Price has touched KS atleast once in last 26 candles..safe investing.
