you called it! Im looking into zillow as well. I'm hoping for $50 by the end of next quarter but I can settle for $45 for a scalp with some calls.

Other interesting findings...
1 At the beginning of February one pseudo rally with all the indicators in oversell
2 Double bottom 9.2 and 28.2
3 The first sign (I hope :-) ) of a new rally 1.3 with increase of volumes and long white candle. It should be confirmed by a second candle within next week
