After playing around with with the F and G Fan, I find the 3/1 fins landing straight on top of my trend line drawn from $1.62 to $1.81.
Mental note - fan out the retracements. Touching the 2/1 fin now. Let's see if it pushes past and continues towards the big 3.0

Thought I'd come back to this page and see where it's at.
Price is following on the 3/1 fin, which is also the blue trend line. There's a level of error though but that's expected as price goes out when using fan patterns.
@jeppanl, If your view is bull in the long term, I would say NOW! Though if you are swing trading and catching the ups and downs, you would have to baby sit your positions a bit. I did mention in my previous post that if it Ripple crosses the 3.0 mark in similar fashion, it will swing up and down across the 3.0 line. Timing is everything as usual.
