Using Haejin Lee (the perfect counter-indicator) in support of any TA idea is simply laughable! In that case you might as well be sure XRP will break upwards.
Besides, your so-called H&S is wonky. The left shoulder is no shoulder at all, just a long horizontal flag consolidation.
Of course, it's still a probability game since any triangle might break both ways, but not because it's a H&S.
I'd be very careful shorting this and would give an upside breakout better odds.
