Almost the same concept as my gold's idea (link below), looking at the daily chart of silver we may see that price broke above the channel it was moving in, and longs are what we should looking for. Ant correction will be an alert for us. The best place to watch for a buy setup is in case price retraces to the broken upper parallel of the channel. As for profit targets use market structure to define them like the ones i show into the chart
